Salmon on the Plank
Grill Master: Ismael Burciaga | Short URL: This is the short link." />If you like salmon, then you need to try it on a cedar plank. I can not describe to you in words how good it was. This was my first time grilling anything on a plank and it came out delicious.
The preparation was simple. I first soaked the planks in water for about 30 minutes. This will allow the planks not to catch on fire. Also, make sure to keep spray bottle filled with water nearby so in case the plank catches on fire. Secondly, I placed the salmon on the plank with the skin on the bottom and added pepper, salt and a bit of generic steak season with a touch of basil. I set a timer on for 16 minutes and closed the lid. Once the salmon was ready, I grilled the shrimp and corn.
If you have a free night and want something fishy, then you need to try this dish. It will change your life.
