The other day my wife and I had the urge to grill so I went to the carneceria (Mexican meat shop) and picked up some fajitas. Yes I might have been cheating by picking meat that was already marinated, but whatever they put on the meat, it tastes so good. And what is funnier is that I accidentally picked up more than what we could handle so I had leftovers for a couple of days. Okay, maybe it wasn’t accidental.
