I like food. They call me Chef MelichAndy at work. I recently smoked 5 racks of ribs, 2 pork shoulders, a brisket and 24 chicken thighs for a friends wedding rehearsal dinner on my brother's custom-built smoker. To get all that craziness finished in time I starting the smoker at midnight and didn't stop or sleep until 8:30 the next evening. I might have had a few beers during that period as well... By day I code websites. By night I work on more websites. My partner Mark and I also spend a lot of time working on our house while our cats Oscar and Emmy watch over our work.
