Decided to go with something out of the usual on this. Marinated the thinly sliced beef (yaki niku) in a ginger soy sauce, and korean bbq sauce mixture. Fried the rice to keep the shape, on the pan, then set it on the grill for a bit and brushed on some soy sauce for a little smoky flavor and grill lines. Then cracked open the Guinness.

  1. mmmm it looks good!

  2. Looks great Daniel. I love chinese food. So this would be right up my alley. How’d the rice hold up once you dug in?

  3. Thanks guys, it was tasty! The rice usually tends to fall apart after a few bites, nothing a good ‘ole fork can’t cure!

  4. excellent!
