Ginger Beef Burger

Marinated the thinly sliced beef (yaki niku) in a ginger soy sauce, and korean bbq sauce mixture. Fried the rice to keep the shape, on the pan, then set it on the grill for a bit and brushed on some soy sauce for a little smoky flavor and grill lines. Then cracked open the Guinness.
