So I waited until the weekend to track down a butcher and there aren’t any within a 30 min drive of my house. So I offer you this as a substitute for my noncompliance with the rules.

My kitchen looked like Dexter‘s aftermath. Well. If Dexter was sloppy which we all know he’s not.

It’s just plain ol’ salt and pepper steak. My friend Shaun made some cream cheese and pineapple stuffed jalapeños wrapped in bacon. I threw the chipotle and lime buttered corn and an old fashioned baked potato. Nothing fancy my friends. But now I can say I’ve had alphabet steak.

I love to grill. Mostly because it gives me less dishes to do. If I wasn't a designer I'd go to culinary school. I'm a big fan of food and especially burgers. My restaurant test is usually the burger. If they can make a good one then the rest is probably good too. Flawed psychology I know, but hey, I love burgers. Oh and I suck at keeping up with my recipes. My measuring technique is "a little of this and a little of that". Seems to be working well for me so far.
