Monday night is usually a guys night out in my world. My wife and her friends get together and have Bachelorette Night. But tonight before the ladies took off to their party, we had a cookout. We had ribs, steaks, asparagus and wieners.

The steaks were marinated in Stubbs Texas Steakhouse Marinade. The ribs were baked in the oven by our friend Saphrin and then slowly grilled to perfection with a slight of barbecue sauce. They were the best ribs I have ever had. She would not tell us her secret recipe. And last but not least, we grilled asparagus and slightly brushed olive oil on top with a hint of salt and pepper.

If you are wondering what half an onion is doing on the grill, I use it to clean the grill while the coals are heating up. It also adds a great taste to the BBQ.

About:

I just figured out my new favorite hobby besides designing is grilling. I have grilled in the past, but now that I have created this site, I want to grill everyday. I hope you enjoy what I bring to the table. If not, please tell me.
