Sweet bourbon sirloin tips with roasted potatoes, tangly cole slaw & sugar snap peas. A perfect meal to watch “it’s complicated” (starring Alec Baldwin & Meryl Streep) with. Actually, I would have much rather been hanging out by a pool while eating this, but what are you gonna do? Still tasted great. It was one of the first times we actually went to a butcher to get the meat. Well worth it!
