Sweet bourbon sirloin tips with roasted potatoes, tangly cole slaw & sugar snap peas. A perfect meal to watch “it’s complicated” (starring Alec Baldwin & Meryl Streep) with. Actually, I would have much rather been hanging out by a pool while eating this, but what are you gonna do? Still tasted great. It was one of the first times we actually went to a butcher to get the meat. Well worth it!

My wife has spoiled me with gourmet meals for way too long. I'm not complaining, but with our little girl coming in less than a month, it's my time to shine (on the grill that is). Babies like BBQ, right? Beyond the sweet taste of grilled meat, I also enjoy designing and husbanding.
