About:

I am the pitmaster of the Rooftop Barbeque competition team. Our team has won several awards in tri tip, beef ribs, and pulled pork in addition to the People's Choice award at Smokin' in Mesquite (Nevada, 2010). Our team name comes from Peter's vision that he has on the rooftop in the book of Acts, where God tells Peter to kill and eat, all animals are clean.
