Lemon-Dill Wild Salmon
Grill Master: Jackie Richard | Short URL: This is the short link." />This is my first bbqwars post – and my staple go-to ‘healthy’ meal when I realize I’ve served grilled red meat one too many times in a single week.
I tried to keep sides light and fresh. I love a chopped tomato/cukie salad = diced with cilantro, lemon, salt, cracked pepper, and a dash of olive oil – served really cold. Compliments salmon nicely.
And if I hadn’t been headed to pilates I’d most definitely enjoy with a crisp glass of chardonnay!
